Ju-Jitsu
Jujutsu (from the Japanese 柔術 jūjutsu listen (help·info) meaning "gentle/yielding/compliant art") is a Japanese martial art that utilizes an opponent's own strength against him in self-defense. There are many styles of the art, most of which emphasize grappling, locking, and throwing techniques. Most of these styles also include strikes, however, and many teach the use of various weapons.
